He founded Deitel Consulting Services to offer clients an alternative to the ‘churn and burn’ model of large systems integrators. Steven specializes in navigating complex deployments (Phase X), turning around stalled projects, and helping IT leaders align their Workday investment with their broader corporate strategy.
